Maintenance Plans

DTS provides you with fast, flexible service and support. Our service philosophy is based on “hands on” customer service. We offer inclusive maintenance programs to assist in managing your copier or printer service and supplies.

Our comprehensive copier program includes:

  • On-site service Monday thru Friday, 8am – 5pm
  • Parts, labor, travel time and toner
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Repair/Replace warranty
  • Toner recycling program

Our print management program includes:

  • On-site service Monday thru Friday, 8am – 5pm
  • Parts, labor, travel time and toner
  • Comprehensive cost per page agreement
  • Print management software to capture volumes
  • Toner recycling program

Preventative Maintenance

We maximize the uptime and lifetime of your equipment by providing preventative maintenance at periodic intervals. We follow the manufacturer’s suggested replacement schedule on all consumable parts. Any improvements made available by the manufacturer will be installed at no additional cost.

Rapid Response

Our service response is tracked by a computerized dispatching system, assisting us with an average response time that exceeds industry benchmarks. We have certified technicians working on all systems. When you call for service a live, local dispatcher will assist you right away.
