Job Description: Outside Sales Rep (Technology Advisor)
Location: Bloomington, MN
Hours: Full-time; M-F; 8 AM – 5 PM

DTS is seeking highly motivated, financially driven sales professionals to generate new business revenue in the Twin Cities metro area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, demonstrating our innovative products, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your contributions will be vital in helping us continue to optimize productivity for our clients by engaging with IT, Print, Voice, Cloud & Security solutions. Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect to generate sales and maintain consistent growth of your client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in your territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Perform cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support post-sale activities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, preferably in technology solutions.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver’s license.
