Job Title: Account Executive / Sales
Location: Bloomington, MN
Hours: Full-time; M-F; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

DTS is seeking highly motivated, financially driven sales professionals to generate new business revenue in a zip code based territory in the Twin Cities metro area. In this role, you will be responsible for selling award-winning office technology and solutions including Copiers & Printers, Managed Services and Document Management. Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily telemarketing and cold-calling to generate leads and gain appointments
  • Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Build and maintain account information in database/CRM
  • Conduct face-to-face appointments with key decision makers
  • Effectively qualify prospects to place our product/solutions
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales

Job Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Bloomington, MN
Hours: Full-time; M-F; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In this position you will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of all equipment supported by DTS, including printers and/or copiers. You will work with and without direct supervision in the field to ensure the highest level of customer support.

Duties include:

  • Demonstrates excellent technical and customer relation skills
  • Plans office equipment service work by studying client requests
  • Determines causes of office equipment failure by attempting to operate equipment; observing functioning; conducting diagnostic tests using meters and service manuals
  • Corrects office equipment malfunctions by clearing jams; cleaning parts and components; repairing disabled parts; replacing damaged, broken or worn parts; recommending equipment upgrades and replacements; ordering parts from vendors; scheduling return visits
  • Completes preventative maintenance by cleaning, lubricating and adjusting parts, assemblies and components
  • Verifies equipment functioning by completing test operations; making final adjustments
  • Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
  • Manage car stock levels and inventory
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments


  • Must have at least two years experience in copier or printer repair (Sharp experience preferred)
  • Must be able to perform a full range of service and repair procedures including diagnostics, installation and removal on assigned equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs and/or replace any equipment components as necessary
  • Must be able to use manufacturer manuals, read wiring diagrams, and have the ability to use a digital meter


  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or less frequently
  • Must be able to lift 100 lbs or less occasionally
  • Must be able to sit or stand for 2 hours continuously up to 8 hours a day
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage
  • Must have thorough knowledge of basic electronics and a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Must be able to travel off site by either air travel or personal vehicle for training on new products with appropriate notice

Job Description:  IT Helpdesk Specialist
Location:  Bloomington, MN
Hours: Full-time; M-F; 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This position is responsible for the installation, support and maintenance of hardware and software solutions supported by DTS. Professional technical support of desktops will be provided over the phone, via remote desktop and at the client site. You will work with and without direct supervision in the office and in the field to ensure superior customer service. The successful candidate will possess a diverse technical background with the expertise to support solutions that meet the technology requirements of our valued customers.

Duties include:

  • Desktop support via remote desktop and at the client site
  • Assist and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and client portal
  • Provide support of 3rd party software including implementation and ongoing maintenance
  • Desktop hardware installation and configuration
  • Maintain a professional appearance and promote a positive company image
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned


  • 3-6 years of professional experience
  • Windows desktop operating system installation, configuration and maintenance
  • Windows 10/7, Microsoft Office support experience
  • LAN/WAN – basic networking skill sets
  • Server operating system support experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service including ability to follow-up to ensure timely closure of issues
  • A positive, customer service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work individually and as a team
  • A+, N+, MCP or industry related certification is desired OR equivalent professional experience


  • Constant use of computer including keyboard and mouse
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
